Privacy notice

This notice explains what information this website handles and why it is used. It also sets out the choices available to you.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Who this notice applies to

This notice applies when you visit the Zenoka website. It also covers information you submit through an enquiry or the embedded booking calendar. Zenoka determines how personal information submitted through the website is used for these purposes.

Information we handle

Depending on how you use the site, we may handle:

  • your email address and any optional name, organisation, or challenge details you submit;
  • the page and referring page associated with an enquiry;
  • technical request information, including IP address and browser user agent, used for security;
  • approved campaign parameters when you have allowed marketing technology; and
  • booking information you choose to provide directly to Calendly.

How and why we use information

Enquiry information allows us to assess and respond to your request. Where the conversation may lead to an advisory engagement, it also helps us take the appropriate preliminary steps. We maintain records of that exchange and use technical request information to protect the form from misuse. We do not use an enquiry to enrol you in an unrelated marketing list.

When you explicitly allow marketing technology, conversion information is used to understand which communications lead to relevant page visits and whether those visits result in an enquiry or confirmed booking. You can withhold or change that choice without losing access to the enquiry or booking paths.

Service providers

Resend delivers enquiry notifications. Calendly provides the scheduling calendar and processes the details you enter there under its own privacy terms. When marketing consent is granted, Meta receives limited website conversion data through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. The email used for a consented lead event is normalised and cryptographically hashed before it is sent to Meta; it is never placed in a browser Pixel event.

These providers may process information in other countries. Where required, their contractual and legal transfer safeguards apply.

Retention and disclosure

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose described. It may be retained for longer when applicable record-keeping duties require this. Security or legal obligations may also require longer retention. Information may be disclosed when required by law. Disclosure may also be necessary to establish or exercise legal rights, or to defend them. Zenoka does not sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access to your personal information. You may also be entitled to have it corrected or deleted, or to ask that its processing be restricted. Some laws provide a right to object or receive a portable copy. You can complain to the relevant data protection authority. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
